I had to set an appointment for an electrical problem that informed me to go immediately to the dealership. Now I have an appointment for 11 days later. But I'm following the manual' s instructions. I'm still not sure if I could do damage to my car. The attention was very short with me. Like I was worried for nothing. Not nice!
I purchased a 2014 Dodge Charger from an online Dealer. I have had problems with the motor on this vehicle since I purchased it. I had taken my vehicle to this dealership when it was owned and operated under a different entity. It is my practice to take my vehicle to the same place because I want to be able to pinpoint who did the work if something goes wrong. Needless to say this practice did not benefit me in this case because some of my vehicle history was lost in the transition. To make a very long story short, my experience with Classic was not smooth sailing. Good customer service is not having an experience that does not have problems, but how you address the problems that occur. During this experience there were problems that occurred, but I would definitely return to this Dealership because of how the Service Director, Dan Durfee, handled the problems. He took the time to listen to my concerns attentively and resolve my concerns, even though it was not in the Dealership’s favor. His commitment to quality customer care was demonstrated in the way in which he worked to resolve my problems. He followed up with me and ensured that when I left my overall experience was positive. I will definitely be returning to this dealership for my service needs because I left there feeling like a valued customer. Thank you Dan Durfee for all that you do to make your customers’ voice heard!

Shopped at the pre-owned section and the guys up there were straight forward and not pushy at all. Mark in finance had all the paper work ready for me to sign when I came in the next day to buy. No hassle or issues at all.
