Recently took my Jeep in to Classic for service for a recall. Arrived about 7 am on a rainy weekday, fully anticipating waiting for a shuttle for a while to take me to work. However, Mitch, a phenomenal guy and asset to the dealership, left almost immediately and had me at work by 7:30! Not only was my car serviced and ready by 1 o'clock, Mitch actually delivered the car and keys to my office! The customer service was outstanding, everyone was friendly and helpful, the service was done quickly and efficiently, and the follow-up communications with Dan were very impressive. Best dealership experience I have ever had!

I bought a pre owned 2017 Kia Rio from Classic and I was very pleased with everything. I worked with Franklin Gonzalez on the pre owned side along with Vanessa Weathers who is an internet manager and Jeff the finance manager. I only had to put 500 down and they worked with my bad credit situation and got me an awesome interest rate and I was in and out in less than two hours. Would definitely recommend!
Can't say enough wonderful things about this place! Portia is an awesome/honest saleswoman. She and (Mr. Mustache - sorry his name escapes) took FABULOUS care of us and led us to MARK TURNER!! The most amazing Finance Director we've ever encountered. Patient with my million questions and went waaaay above and beyond to help us in every way. We've ALWAYS had great experiences with the Classic family - this was off the charts!!
We had an a appointment & got SERVICE in less than an hour!! We will keep coming back to CLASSIC CHRYSLER DODGE. Plus they have free guest WiFi!Side note; Meador Dodge had our car for THREE DAYS and couldn't (or didn't bother) to even look at our car for the exact issue that CLASSIC fixed in a jiffy!! We have 2 Challengers & a Ram truck. Guess which dealership will get our future business?
